A totally new central A/C and heating system, new windows and roof, and hardy plank siding allow visitors to enjoy a spectacular view of the ocean in the cool comfort of the Great Room. A large screened porch has been recently added to the beach side, providing a perfect location for viewing the morning sunrises or enjoying evening breezes. The four upstairs bedrooms have exterior doors leading to the porch and private walkway to the beach. Other amenities include 6 TV's, a DVD/VCR, WI-FI internet access and a gas grill.
