While making yourself a glass of ice water in the kitchen, you hear your grandchildren yell aloud as they play. You look up to see them laugh as they run from crashing waves of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean only to turn and do it again. Your children look on from beach chairs and amazingly the dad has dozed off but mom watches and smiles. Hearing the bang of a paddle against a kayak, you turn around and see your husband loading into the creek from the floating dock.

You whisper quietly, "they better have their sun-block on."
