Beautiful new oceanfront home with fabulous ocean and marsh views! This lovely home has a warm, inviting family/game room on the 1st floor with entertainment center, wet bar and mini refrigerator. There are four bedrooms located on the 1st floor as well. All bedrooms have private baths. On the main living level, a wall of windows with spectacular views of the beach and ocean can be enjoyed from the living, dining and kitchen. Another bedroom and a separate office area are also on the main level. The top level features the master suite with sitting area overlooking the ocean and large master bathroom. Oceanfront covered porches located on the 1st and main levels. The main level also has an open deck facing the ocean. TV's are located in the living room, family room and all bedrooms but the bunk bedroom. Other amenities include wet bar in living room, ceiling fans throughout, elevator usage (with permission), grill and under cover parking.
