This beautiful marsh front house was NOT decorated with rentals in mind. One person jested this was "upscale Charlotte on the marsh". The professional decorator was brought in from Greenville, SC by the homeowner. Bedding is the highest of quality and the details go as far as you care to try to find them. Flat screens throughout. A small sitting secondary sitting area with a TV is upstairs for the children. The house has a direct walk by the pool straight to the beach access. I'm confident that this is the nicest four bedroom house on our rental program and maybe the nicest one in Litchfield.
